GDPR\/general information<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e39596b de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget will start applying GDPR (Regulation on Personal Data Protection).\u00a0<strong>May 25, 2018<\/strong>\u00a0<em>The full name is: Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC.<\/em><\/p><p><strong>Purpose of GDPR:<\/strong><\/p><p>The GDPR introduces and harmonizes the rules for the processing of personal data throughout the European Union.\u00a0In particular, it ensures the security of personal data and protects the right to privacy.<\/p><p><strong>A short glossary of terms:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Administrator<\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a person or entity that (alone or jointly with other administrators) determines why and how personal data will be processed.\u00a0The administrator of personal data is Wide Bridge Forwarding Sp.\u00a0z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul.\u00a0Taneczna 23\/29<br \/><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Personal data<\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 is information that identifies (or allows the identification of) a natural person (also called the &#8220;data subject&#8221; or &#8220;customer&#8221;).\u00a0These will include in particular: name and surname, type, series and number of the identity document, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, PESEL, NIP, REGON, image from video surveillance, etc.<br \/><strong>&#8221;\u00a0Processing entity\u00a0&#8220;<\/strong> \u00a0&#8211; a natural person or entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.<br \/><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><strong>Processing of personal data<\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 these are activities related to personal data.\u00a0They can be done automatically or manually.\u00a0We talk about processing when data: we collect, record, organize, order, store, adapt or modify, download, review, use, disclose (e.g. by sending), distribute, share, adapt or combine, limit, delete or destroy.<\/p><p><strong>&#8220;Recipient of personal data&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other entity to which personal data are disclosed, regardless of whether it is a third party. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a specific procedure under Union or Member State law shall not be considered as recipients; the processing of these data by these public authorities must comply with the data protection rules applicable to the purposes of the processing.<\/p><p><strong>Communications between us and Customers\/Data subjects:<\/strong><\/p><p>In all matters, including personal data, we communicate with our clients\/data subjects: via the website, e-mail, telephone and post, and at the Administrator&#8217;s office.<\/p><p><strong>Administrator&#8217;s contact details:<\/strong><br \/><strong>mail:<\/strong> office@widebridge.pl<br \/><strong>tel.<\/strong> +48 223310663<br \/><strong>website address:<\/strong> www.widebridge.pl<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33d85dd de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"33d85dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Chapter II &#8211; Basic principles of processing<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ce4526 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ce4526\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The GDPR formulates 6 principles of personal data processing that the Administrator follows when processing personal data of customers\/business partners.\u00a0They are:<\/p><ul><li><b><i>principle of legality, reliability and transparency<\/i><\/b> : we process personal data in a manner consistent with the law. We inform customers about all related issues comprehensively, through established communication channels and in the simplest language possible, so that they are aware that we collect, store or otherwise process their specific personal data.<\/li><li><b><i>the principle of data minimization and adequacy<\/i><\/b><i>\u00a0:<\/i> \u00a0we process only the data (adequate, relevant) that are actually needed to achieve a given purpose.<\/li><li><b><i>principle of data accuracy<\/i><\/b><i>:<\/i> \u00a0we make every effort to ensure that the data we process is true, up-to-date, and accurate. Therefore, we may ask customers to check and update their details from time to time. We also ask them to inform us of any changes to their personal data (name, address, etc.).<\/li><li><b><i>principle of purpose limitation and storage of processed data<\/i><\/b><i>:<\/i> \u00a0we collect the personal data of customers\/persons concerned only for a specific, explicit, and legally justified purpose that we could not achieve otherwise. We store data in a form that allows identification of the data subject. We process it only for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we obtained it (unless we are obliged to further processing by law).<\/li><li><b><i>principle of data integrity and confidentiality<\/i><\/b><i>:<\/i> \u00a0we provide IT and organizational solutions that ensure that the personal data we process is safe. We protect data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage.<\/li><li><b><i>accountability principle<\/i><\/b><i>:<\/i> \u00a0we are able to demonstrate, in the manner required by law, that we act in accordance with the law with respect to personal data, take data protection into account in the design phase (e.g. of a new product), and ensure personal data protection by default.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef860c1 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef860c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Chapter III :- What data we process \u2013 basic information .<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-039a8a9 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"039a8a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Personal data is any information that identifies (or allows the identification of) the data subject.\u00a0We most often process data such as:<\/p><ul><li>first name and last name.<\/li><li>other identification data: PESEL number, date of birth, address, email, telephone number.<\/li><li>tax identification number (TIN).<\/li><li>REGON number.<\/li><li>type, number and series of identity documents.<\/li><li>other data necessary for us to offer products and services.<\/li><\/ul><p>We may process personal data when we have one of the following grounds\u00a0:<\/p><p>a) the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.<\/p><p>b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract.<\/p><p>c) processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the administrator.<\/p><p>d) processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.<\/p><p>e) processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.<\/p><p>f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require the protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74385e3 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74385e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Chapter IV:-  Information obligations towards customers (data subjects)\n<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5eb367 date de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c5eb367\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All information on personal data protection is available to our customers at all times on our website\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.widebridge.pl\/\"><strong>www.widebridge.pl<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span> or at the company&#8217;s headquarters.\u00a0We are also happy to answer all questions asked by customers.\u00a0We provide individual information in two situations: when we collect data or when we change the purpose of its processing.<\/p><p><strong>When do we inform you?<\/strong><\/p><p>If we collect data directly from the data subject, we provide such information immediately.\u00a0When the data comes from another source, we transfer it to the data subject:<\/p><p>a) within a reasonable time, but no later than one month after obtaining the data.<\/p><p>b) at the latest at the first communication with the data subject (if we use the data in communication with this person).<\/p><p>unless providing the information proves impossible or would require a disproportionate effort or the data subject has all the information he is entitled to receive in accordance with Art.\u00a013 and 14 GDPR.<\/p><p><strong>How do we inform?<\/strong><\/p><p>We may share this information:<\/p><p>a) in information clauses included in documents intended for the data subject.<\/p><p>b) in person or by phone, during a conversation with an employee\/collaborator of the Administrator.<\/p><p>c) electronically, including by posting this information on our website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3bac48c de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b><i>The right to access data<\/i><\/b><\/p><p>The data subject has the right to receive information from us about whether we process his or her personal data.\u00a0The person concerned has the right to know:<\/p><ul><li>why we process certain data.<\/li><li>what types of data we process.<\/li><li>to what recipients or categories of recipients we have disclosed (or may disclose) the data &#8211; in particular, this applies to recipients in countries other than countries of the European Economic Area.<\/li><li>how long we plan (if it can be determined) to process data or on the basis of what criteria we determined this period.<\/li><\/ul><p>In order for the customer to gain access to his or her personal data, we must receive an appropriate application\/request from him or her.<\/p><p><b><i>The right to rectify data<\/i><\/b><\/p><p>The data subject may request that we immediately correct incorrect personal data or complete incomplete data. In order to rectify the data of the data subject, we must receive an application\/request from him specifying the scope of rectification.\u00a0We respond within the time limit consistent with GDPR.<\/p><p><b><i>The right to delete data (right to be forgotten)<\/i><\/b><\/p><p>The data subject may request that we delete his or her data when:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>the data is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which we collected it.<\/li><li>the data was not processed in accordance with the GDPR or other legal provisions.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>In order to delete the data of the data subject, we must receive a request from him specifying his requests.\u00a0We provide answers within the deadlines specified in the GDPR.\u00a0If we delete customer data, we have the right to retain information about whose request we did so.<\/p><p><b><i>The right to restrict the processing of personal data<\/i><\/b><\/p><p>The data subject may also request that we limit the processing of his or her data.\u00a0This right applies to the following situations:<\/p><ul><li>The data subject indicates that the data we process is incorrect.<\/li><li>The data subject believes that we are processing the data unlawfully and requests that we limit their use (but opposes deletion).<\/li><li>we no longer need the personal data to achieve the intended purpose, but the data subject objects to us deleting his or her data because he or she needs it to assert or defend his or her claims;<\/li><li>The data subject wants to object for reasons related to his or her particular situation (when we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest).<\/li><\/ul><p>There may be situations when we process data despite the data subject&#8217;s request to limit the processing of his or her data. This applies in particular when we establish, pursue, or defend against claims.<br \/>In order to limit the processing of your personal data, we must receive an appropriate request from you.\u00a0We respond in writing within the deadlines specified in the GDPR.<\/p><p><b><i>The right to transfer data<\/i><\/b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p><p>If the Administrator processes personal data on the basis of consent or to conclude and implement a contract, each data subject has the right to transfer his or her data. We will provide the data directly to the client or to an additional administrator indicated by the client. In order to transfer the data of the data subject, we must receive an appropriate request from him\/her. We will provide the data in an encrypted e-mail within the deadlines specified in the GDPR.<\/p><p><b><i>The right to object to processing<\/i><\/b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p><p>The data subject may object to our processing of his or her personal data, which is\u00a0<b><i>based on our legitimate interest<\/i><\/b>. The applicant should always indicate to us what specific objection he or she is submitting. Customers have, in particular, the right to object to the marketing of the Administrator&#8217;s products and services.<br \/>A data subject who wants to exercise his or her rights is obliged to submit an application to the Administrator.<\/p><p>\u00a0If the identification of the person who submitted the application is not clear, the Administrator reserves the right to obtain basic information about the applicant<br \/>in order to clearly identify his or her identity.\u00a0In order to identify the applicant, the Administrator may ask for the following data:<\/p><ul><li>first name and last name.<\/li><li>PESEL number<\/li><li>Type, series, and number of the identity document.<\/li><li>Correspondence address (street, house\/apartment number, city, postal code, country).<\/li><li>REGON and NIP (in the case of a natural person running a business).<\/li><li>e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers that the customer uses or has used in contact with us.<\/li><\/ul><p>Each application is considered individually by an authorized employee of the Administrator.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dda3d6d de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dda3d6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Chapter VI:- Violations of personal data protection <\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03ba3c2 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"03ba3c2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span>A personal data protection breach occurs when the controller accidentally or unlawfully destroys, loses, modifies, discloses or makes available personal data.<\/span><br \/><b><span>Who will we inform and when if a breach occurs in our company?<\/span><\/b><\/p><p><b><span>The data subject:<\/span><\/b><\/p><p><span>we will inform about such an event if the risk of violating the rights and freedoms of data subjects is estimated by the Administrator as high or if we are obliged to do so by the relevant supervisory authority.<\/span><\/p><p><span>This information will be immediately provided individually to each person affected by the incident or via a public message if it would be very difficult to provide the information directly.<\/span><\/p><p><b><span>Supervisory authority:<\/span><\/b><\/p><p><span>we will inform about such an event if we assess that there is a greater than low probability of violating the rights or freedoms of natural persons to whom the data relates.<\/span><\/p><p><span>This information will be forwarded to the appropriate supervisory authority immediately, but no later than within 72 hours from the moment the violation is discovered.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e755e1 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9e755e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Chapter VII Rules for transferring personal data outside the territory of the Republic of Poland<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe4e9a9 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
