Currently, the automotive industry has become more flexible and trying to adjust to the needs of the customer. One of BMW&#8217; series was produced in so many versions, that were leaving the factory only 2 &#8211; 3 vehicles per year of identical appearance. Considering the fact, that on average every 35 s leaves the factory new car, which differs in many respects from the previous and next, planning the correct order delivery of items seems no easy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the beginning proved successful system just &#8211; in &#8211; time. The mainly problems in automotive sector are short delivery time and maximum synchronization of multiple suppliers. This should be done with the lowest transport cost. Just &#8211; in &#8211; time is to reduce the amount of necessary operations in the production and reducing inventory levels throughout the process of production &#8211; storage. Along with these reactions, also reduce the cost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Car production has now become a highly personalized, so synchronize activities and reducing the amount of stocks is no longer enough. There isn&#8217;t place to storage too many parts on the assembly line. Therefore, the system just &#8211; in &#8211; time has been updated and there came just &#8211; in -sequence. This system enables the delivery of shipment to the production line in the correct order. The selected elements are placed in accordance with the subsequent demands on them in the production line.
