Safe transportation means lower spending for everyone, and Ministry of Infrastructure and Development seems to take it into deeper consideration. That is why they planned changes within the Strategy of Transport Development until 2020 \u2013 the changes are aimed at facilitating the level of security.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Railroad infrastructure<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOne of the main changes included in the Strategy is the construction of ERTMS rail traffic control devices, refurbishment of previous railway between 2014 and 2020. The outcome is going to be crucial: increased safety on railroad crossroads between railway and standard roads. Apart from that, a division between passenger and cargo rail transport is going to be introduced, because of the difference in speeds at which the now-two-different branches of rail transport. It is also important to know that railway transport in Poland is still underi-invested in. According to the report by Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, the base network that is going to fulfil the requirements will be ready by 2030, and would consist of 9 main communication corridors.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Road infrastructure<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nWhile the rail infrastructure is only yet to truly develop, express road network infrastructure is already actively being developed, and the number of people injured in has dropped by 20% between 2003 and 2011. During that time, the total length of autobahns has risen by 90%.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nAccording to SRT, the level of security in Poland will keep on rising. In 2015, 61% of the base network has already been completed, and the support network \u2013 16%. Until 2023, the threshold of completion is meant to go up to 88% for base network and 33% for the support network.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe trend in both modes of transportation is noticeable \u2013 both aim to limit the number of collisions between the two.<br \/>\n<!--:--><!--:pl-->Bezpiecze\u0144stwo to jeden z wa\u017cniejszych aspekt\u00f3w transport\u00f3w, ma w oczywisty spos\u00f3b prze\u0142o\u017cenie na zdrowie pracownik\u00f3w, ale r\u00f3wnie\u017c kwestie ekonomiczne \u2014 bezpieczny transport to oszcz\u0119dno\u015b\u0107 czasu i \u015brodk\u00f3w dla ka\u017cdej z zainteresowanych stron. Ministerstwo Infrastruktury i Rozwoju bierze to pod uwag\u0119, dlatego w Strategii Rozwoju Transportu do 2020 roku zosta\u0142y uj\u0119te zmiany, kt\u00f3re maj\u0105 doprowadzi\u0107 do zwi\u0119kszenia poziomu bezpiecze\u0144stwa.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Infrastruktura kolejowa<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nW ramach SRT przyj\u0119to mi\u0119dzy innymi zabudowanie urz\u0105dze\u0144 sterowania ruchem kolejowym ERTMS w liniach kolejowych budowanych w latach 2014-2020, w liniach zmodernizowanych we wcze\u015bniejszym terminie oraz w ramach realizacji projekt\u00f3w mililokalizacyjnych. Skutkiem b\u0119dzie poprawienia bezpiecze\u0144stwa na skrzy\u017cowaniach linii kolejowych z drogami przeznaczonymi dla ruchu samochodowego.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOpr\u00f3cz tego transport kolejowy zostanie oddzielony od ruchu pasa\u017cerskiego. Jak zwr\u00f3cono uwag\u0119 w SRT potrzeba rozdzielenia tych dw\u00f3ch rodzaj\u00f3w ruchu kolejowego wynika min. z rosn\u0105cych pr\u0119dko\u015bci poci\u0105g\u00f3w pasa\u017cerskich. Warto zauwa\u017cy\u0107, \u017ce jak na razie polska sie\u0107 transportu kolejowego jest niedoinwestowana, nie stanowi sp\u00f3jnej ca\u0142o\u015bci i nie spe\u0142nia wymaga\u0144, stawianych przed nowoczesnym systemem transportowym. Jednak wed\u0142ug raportu Ministerstwa Infrastruktury i Rozwoju sie\u0107 bazowa, kt\u00f3ra b\u0119dzie spe\u0142nia\u0142a te wymogi powstanie do roku 2030 i b\u0119dzie sk\u0142ada\u0142a si\u0119 z 9 g\u0142\u00f3wnych korytarzy komunikacyjnych.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Infrastruktura drogowa<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nR\u00f3wnolegle \u2013 ca\u0142y czas post\u0119puje rozw\u00f3j sieci dr\u00f3g ekspresowych oraz autostrad. Nale\u017cy zwr\u00f3ci\u0107 uwag\u0119, \u017ce od roku 2003 do roku 2011, dzi\u0119ki rozwojowi infrastruktury drogowej ilo\u015b\u0107 os\u00f3b poszkodowanych w wypadkach spad\u0142a o ponad 20%. W tym czasie \u0142\u0105czna d\u0142ugo\u015b\u0107 dr\u00f3g ekspresowych oraz autostrad wzros\u0142a o ok. 90%, wida\u0107 wi\u0119c wyra\u017an\u0105 korelacj\u0119.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nWed\u0142ug SRT poziom bezpiecze\u0144stwa transportu w Polsce ma ca\u0142y czas rosn\u0105\u0107 &#8211; w 2015 roku drogowa sie\u0107 bazowa by\u0142a gotowa ju\u017c w 61%, a kompleksowa (bazowa + wspomagaj\u0105ca) w 16%.
